Automatic Driving Lessons

Some drivers do not like manual transmission, so it might be worth considering if you would prefer to learn in a manual or an automatic car.

The stop and start nature of driving in areas with traffic means you are having to change gear constantly, so if you plan on learning to drive in an urban area with a lot of congestion, you might find it easier to use an automatic gearbox.

A lot of people find driving in an automatic a lot easier, learning to drive in one is some times easier, and therefore you could end up taking fewer lessons and getting your licence sooner.

“The Cumbria Road Safety Partnership congratulates and endorses the New Starters Driving School of Carlisle in the innovative approach used in their teaching of road craft to young drivers.”
